Physical Absorption Technology Dehumidifier

Dehumidifiers basically projected and made for Industrial applications. They are also perfect to be used in the dehumidification civil field. Physical Absorption Technology Very high
humidity absorption compared to other devices with the same absorption
power that uses the freezing technology The best among the dehumidification devices that give very low rates of humidity |

Functioning principle: The dehumidification technology of this device is based on the water absorption contained in the air. It uses different chemical-physical substances (Titanium Silicate Gel and Lityum Chlorine) agglomerated inside a cylinder with a particular structure, named also "rotor". During the dehumidification procedure the rotor takes the wet air from the room and gives it back very dry. This procedure occurs in complete autonomy using intake and exhaust devices already installed in the appliance where the air is directed in a compulsory way. The rotor regenerates (it is dehumified itself) through a special heating circuit automatically controlled from a thermoregulator with micro-processor. The device has two different parts completely separated for the two processes (dehumidification and regeneration). The wet air is expelled in complete autonomy as vapour that has to be straight directed outside the room, or that has to be used again for those animals that need Tropical environment ("hot and very humid"). These devices are completely made in stainless steel "AISI 304". The dehumidification capacity (absorption) and the treatable air quantities change according to the model. |
