PRIVACY POLICY

Information according to art. 13 of the Privacy Code:
We would like to inform you that the Legislative Decree n.196 of June 30th 2003 ("Personal data protection code") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.

According to the above mentioned law, this processing will be based on principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Therefore, according to article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, we provide you the following informations:

1.The provided data will be processed for the following purposes: management and execution of the supply contract signed by you; organization, management and execution of the supply also through communication of the data to third parties our suppliers; fulfilment of the law obligations and other fulfilments required by the competent Authorities.

2.The processing will be made with the following methods: help of informatic/manual means.

3.The conferment of the data is essential but not compulsory and any eventual refusal has no consequence, but it could cause the missed punctual fulfilment of the obligations assumed by Maino Enrico-Adriano Snc for the supply you required.

4.Except for all that is strictly necessary for the right execution of the supply contract, these data will not be communicated to other parties or propagated without asking you your express consent.
The data controller of the processing is Maino Enrico-Adriano di Maino Roberto & C. Snc with office in Oltrona di San Mamette (CO) - CAP 22070, Via Roma 42, to which you can apply to assert your rights as provided by art.7 of the Legislative Decree n.196/2003 that we report in detail below :

Article 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

1. The interested party shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

2.The interested party shall have the right to obtain:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing made with the help of electronic means;
d) the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated according to article 5, paragraph 2; e) the entities or categories of entity to whom the personal data may be communicated and who may get to know these data in their capacity as designated representative in the State’s territory, data processors or persons in charge.

3.The interested party shall have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose preservation is not necessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;

c) the certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom the data were communicated or propagated, unless this requirement is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the protected right.

4. The interested party shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

Consent form, having acquired the above informations, according to art.13 of the Legislative Decree.196/2003, the user hereby agree to the processing of the supplied data as above described.
